CEL is a nonprofit, educational organization providing programs, publications and learning communities. Their women’s leadership community is a self-governing learning community for women in leadership seeking more authenticity and greater influence in their lives and work. Ginny Belden-Charles, Marcia Hyatt and Debbie Ackley co- founded CEL in 1998.

Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), www.mntop.us

ICA is a nonprofit organization whose primary objective is to promote positive change in communities, organizations, and individual lives around the world. Ginny Belden-Charles began her affiliation with ICA in 1991, and is a mentor trainer for the ICA "Technology of Participation" methods.

Marcia is a leadership and life coaching around questions of voice and vocation. Through coaching, retreats, leadership development and presentations she works with individuals and groups to explore what it takes to bring out the best of ourselves. Marcia and Ginny were cofounders and partners in Waterline Consulting from 1991 to 2009.

The Meadowlark Institute, co-founded by Jerry Nagel, is a resource and incubator for developing collective capacity for social, relational and organizational change. In addition to co-hosting civic dialogues, Meadowlark provides follow-up services to help communities or organizations develop a vision for their future, begin a strategic planning process, focus creative thinking on a specific issue, build community, identify core values and community ideals, and develop strategies for action.

Michele Simon of SMark Inc provides consulting, coaching and facilitation in strategic planning, team building, and leadership development. Michele has an MBA from the University of Minnesota, received an ASTD Professional Excellence Award for Organizational Impact, and serves as executive director for the Center for Emerging Leadership and its Women's Leadership Community.

The Waterline Method deepens individual and peer coaching practices to develop the ability to learn and change by exploring "below the waterline" of an issue, shifting mindsets and uncovering new possibilities. Waterline was developed by Marcia Hyatt and Ginny Belden-Charles in their work in Waterline Consulting.
