Leadership Development
New visions of leadership emphasize the importance of collaboration, engagement and connectivity to success. Leaders need to listen and influence others; to be facilitators of change and to work effectively with diverse perspectives and cultures.
Ginny Belden Charles works with leaders on learning through reflection and action. Her pioneering work in the Women’s Leadership Community established a self-organizing learning community for women leaders.
As co-founder of the Waterline Coaching Method, Ginny has facilitated dozens of peer coaching programs for leaders, as well as trained facilitators to use this method in their work. She delivers these innovative leadership programs:
- Interaction Associates: Facilitative Leader program
- Power and Systems: Organization Workshop for Creating Partnership
- Institute of Cultural Affairs: Group Facilitation Methods
- Mutual Influencing for Leaders
- Authenticity Consulting: Leader Learning Circles
