The Taos Institute is a global community of scholars and practitioners concerned with the social processes essential for the construction of reason, knowledge, and human value. Taos Associates are committed to exploring, developing and disseminating ideas and practices that promote creative, appreciative and collaborative processes in families, communities and organizations around the world. Ginny serves on the board of directors for the Taos Institute.
Taos Institute MSc in Relational Leading
This Taos Institute program is offered in collaboration with the Professional Development Foundation and Middlesex University in London. The 2 year cohort program introduces students to emerging theory and practice in the areas of social constructions, systemic and relational process, and relational and appreciative leading. Ginny is the Director of this Master's Program.
Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter (AoH)
AoH is both a global network of practitioners and a training program in how to hold strategic conversations that lead to wise action and systemic change. AoH's open sourced practices help groups learn to effectively collaborate across differences and find sustainable solutions to the complex problems facing us today. Ginny is a past trainer of the Art of Hosting program and continues to use AoH frameworks and processes in her work.
Center for Emerging Leadership (CEL)
CEL is a nonprofit, educational organization providing programs, publications and learning communities. Their women's leadership community, founded in 1997, is a self-governing learning community for women in leadership seeking more authenticity and greater influence in their lives and work. Ginny is a co-founder of this organization.
Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA)
ICA is a nonprofit global organization whose primary objective is to promote positive change in communities, organizations, and individual lives around the world. Ginny Belden-Charles began her affiliation with ICA in 1991, and was a mentor trainer for the ICA "Technology of Participation" methods.
Pepperdine University, Masters of Science in Organization Development (MSOD)
Pepperdine's Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program has earned an international reputation as the premier graduate program in the field and as an innovator of experiential learning. Designed for the experienced professional, the MSOD program prepares leaders in the art and science of managing strategic change. Ginny is an alumni of the program and served as a Learning Group Consultant for the program since this role was started in 2004 through 2013.

MAP for Non-Profits

MAP works with community partners to provide a wide range of consulting and training, and places hundreds of volunteers on non-profit boards.

Authenticity Consulting, LLC, cofounded in 1998 by Carter and Teri McNamara, provides customized peer coaching group programs and consulting services for a wide variety of applications around the world, including for professional and organizational development, facilitator training, coaching, problem solving, team building and support.
